Shipping Policy
- Paperland is committed to delivering your stationery and office supplies in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines all terms related to order dispatch, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and related conditions applicable to all orders placed at www.paperland.com.pk.
- Paperland currently ships to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and Sialkot. We are continuously working to expand our delivery coverage to more areas across the country.
- Orders are processed on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT on a business day will typically be processed the same day, while orders placed after 2:00 PM PKT will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. A separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details will be sent once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- For customers in Karachi, standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. For other major cities such as Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. For remote or smaller towns and rural areas, delivery may take 5–7 business days depending on courier reach and accessibility.
- For customers who require faster delivery, Paperland offers an express shipping option at an additional charge. Express delivery timelines and fees will be displayed at checkout where available, and are subject to courier availability in your city or area.
- All orders shipped by Paperland are handled by reputable third-party courier partners. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Paperland is not directly responsible for delays caused by the courier company; however, we will make every effort to assist you in resolving any delivery issues that may arise.
- You can track your order at any time by visiting www.paperland.com.pk/order-tracking and entering your order number and registered email address. You may also use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email directly on the courier's website.
- If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, you must notify Paperland within 24 hours of the stated delivery time by contacting us at www.paperland.com.pk/contact-us. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and work towards a resolution.
- In the event that a delivery attempt is made and the customer is unavailable at the provided address, the courier will typically make up to two additional delivery attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to Paperland's warehouse, and re-delivery charges may apply.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct and complete shipping address, including apartment or floor number, nearest landmark, and an active contact number, is provided at the time of placing the order. Paperland will not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, you must contact us immediately at www.paperland.com.pk/contact-us. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is with the courier, address changes are no longer possible.
- All orders are carefully packed at our warehouse to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If you receive a parcel that appears visibly damaged or tampered with, we strongly recommend that you photograph or video the parcel before opening it and report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery via www.paperland.com.pk/contact-us.
- Paperland currently does not offer international shipping. All orders are fulfilled and delivered within Pakistan only.
- During peak periods such as back-to-school seasons, Eid holidays, and promotional sale events, order processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during such periods and will always communicate any expected delays through our website or order notifications.
- Paperland reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available at www.paperland.com.pk, and placing an order on our platform constitutes your acceptance of the shipping terms in effect at that time.
